Willow Support Limited was started to provide the best care possible to individuals and deliver it with passion.

The Nominated Individual and Registered Manager having gone through their own first hand experience of caring for their loved ones within their own home environment lead them to wanting share with others the importance of kind, caring and compassionate care services.

At Willow Support Limited we want to change the approach. We feel that by being small we offer a more personal approach. We pride ourselves on being a family run independent organisation. We want to give families the comfort of knowing that they will receive the best care available to them. 

 

Our trained, compassionate skilled carers are central to our core values, and we recognise them and reward them for their work ethic. We all know first-hand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.

 

We want as many people as possible to be able to choose to stay in their own homes for as long as they possibly can, and we want all families to enjoy those special memorable moments safe in the knowledge their loved ones are in capable caring hands.

Regulated Service

We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and we work closely with our local Buckinghamshire social services.

We look after our carers.

We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.

Training is a core part of the carer induction process, alongside shadowing and mentoring. We give all our new carers an induction training course. Our care team complete their yearly mandatory training as well as tailored training to individuals health and care needs. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.

Our Registered Manager is our train the trainer, enabling the care team to have on going refresher training as required.
